About Me
Find about more about my training, qualifications and motivation for creating LJ Studios.
I’ve created this space drawing on my experience as a physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, and injury prevention researcher. My drive and vision is to help you maintain and improve both your physical and mental wellbeing in accessible and sustainable ways.
With my background in physiotherapy and injury prevention, I’m passionate about not just helping you get stronger, but also teaching you how to avoid injury and manage pain effectively. Pilates is at the heart of what I do, as it offers a powerful way to build strength, enhance mobility, and improve posture - all tried and tested ways to reduce your chances of pain and injury!
Whether you're looking to improve your overall fitness, recover from an injury, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to guide you.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey to better health and wellness!
